Pokémon GO just introduced a new research feature that encourages Trainers to explore the world by completing a variety of objectives with the opportunity to earn helpful rewards and discover powerful Pokémon. Join Trainers across the globe who are discovering Pokémon as they explore the world around them. Pokémon GO is the global gaming sensation that has been downloaded over 800 million times and named “Best Mobile Game” by The Game Developers Choice Awards and “Best App of the Year” by TechCrunch. Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Pikachu, and many other Pokémon have been discovered! Pokémon are out there, and you need to find them. As you walk around a neighborhood, your smartphone will vibrate when there’s a Pokémon nearby. Take aim and throw a Poké Ball… You’ll have to stay alert, or it might get away! Search far and wide for Pokémon and items Certain Pokémon appear near their native environment—look for Water-type Pokémon by lakes and oceans. Visit PokéStops and Gyms—found at interesting places like museums, art installations, historical markers, and monuments—to stock up on Poké Balls and helpful items. Catching, hatching, evolving, and more As you level up, you’ll be able to catch more-powerful Pokémon to complete your Pokédex. You can add to your collection by hatching Pokémon Eggs based on the distances you walk. Help your Pokémon evolve by catching many of the same kind. Choose a Buddy Pokémon to walk with and earn Candy that will help you make your Pokémon stronger. Compete in epic Gym battles You’ll join one of three teams and battle for the ownership of Gyms with your Pokémon at your side. As your Charmander evolves to Charmeleon and then Charizard, you can battle together to defeat a Gym and assign your Pokémon to defend it against all comers. Team up to defeat powerful Raid Bosses A Raid Battle is a cooperative gameplay experience that encourages you to work with up to 20 other Trainers to defeat an extremely powerful Pokémon known as the Raid Boss. If you succeed in defeating it in battle, you’ll have the chance to catch an extra powerful Pokémon of your own! It’s time to get moving—your real-life adventures await! • Ridiculous

    By MittD91
Just went on a trip and used Pokémon Go while traveling. Got home, tried to open the app and found out I am banned! Just bought $10 worth of coins! Absolutely ridiculous!
  • PvP and Trading

I think PvP and Trading should be used through WiFi, these two things, if done well, will make the game perfect. Can’t wait for gen 4.
  • Community day

    By megaoctan
This game in general is fun and I have shinies and legendaries but all the community days are on Sunday and I don’t play on Sunday. Also, I spent three hard weeks labouring and doing pointless research like do three great curveball throws in a row. This is especially hard when the circle on the nidoran is 1/4 cm and impossible to even make a nice throw. And guess what I get for doing reasearch like this....... that’s right, moltres for three weeks in a row. Is there no diversity?! This is probably why they gave out free legendaries, to annoy people with constantly giving the same thing. For example, every seven days, I open my research box thinking what if I get a rayquaza? BUT NO!!! You had to give me motreses that are low in hp, attack, and cp. they need to improve .
  • Fix login glitch

I signed out of my account and now it won’t let me switch back to my main account and all of my progress will be lost for nothing
  • Terrible customer service, big $$ waster

    By Hmyhung
This game is terribly unbalanced for rural players and punishes players who choose to fix what niantic refuses to fix.
  • Bans are garbage

Go ahead ban your players, tons of other apps for people to play!
  • Needs lots of improvement

Started to play the game again to see if anything has change since it came out , nothing “wow” About it . Would be nice to have trainer battles or trading in the game . Tried to catch a pikachu wasted 15 balls , each time it was a direct hit and he kept escaping then fled . What a joke.
  • Good but could be better

    By Ravenlunatyk
I’ve been playing almost since the beginning and am a daily player. Love the research tasks. I do however think niantic is a bit greedy. Let me start off by saying I buy coins at least once a month if not more during special events. With that said can you tell me why it takes me five balls to catch a 112 weedle? I’m level 38. I should catch them with the first ball. I don’t mind it head butting the ball away but it should not break free when I catch it at my level. What’s the point of golden raspberries or regular for that matter when they do nothing? Why am I 3 for 11 on latios raid? I throw great curveballs every time. I should have better odds at my level. What’s the point of the levels if you are not benefiting any where in the game? Just disappointed. Feel some thought should go in to how you do when catching either wild or raid bosses based on level otherwise it’s all meaningless. Don’t make me waste balls on crappy or low xp rats, it’s not challenging, it’s annoying. That’s why people quit or take breaks. Lures and incense are completely useless. Don’t do jack. Stop putting them in special boxes. Also sick of same ones everyday. The only time you mix it up is during special events. It’s just lazy computer script writing. Otherwise the game is fun and worth trying whether your a fan of the series or not. But have to give three stars because you work really hard to level up for NOTHING.

  • Brilliant but

I love this but they don’t add a lot of the Pokémon and I can understand that all the Pokémon in their is hard to keep up with but I notice me and my friends favorite Pokémon aren’t in their like chespin, Lucario, or skunktank.
